Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also meeting established guidelines and SLAs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining call productivity and quality scores well above minimum standards
  • Acquiring, demonstrating, and utilizing knowledge of Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business product expertise
  • Furnishing prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ensuring that arenaflex customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs
  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrating abilities to cross-sell financial services and products
  • Adhering to and complying with applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.)
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures and completing required training
  • Identifying and reporting suspicious activity

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities for individuals considering applying for this position

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills are necessary, as arenaflex Customer Service Representatives communicate through email
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
