Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Helping and educating individuals about their financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
* Guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs, including retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more
* Collaborating with diverse groups of people to deliver exceptional customer care and build strong relationships
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, overcoming challenges, and demonstrating an ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth
* Participating in comprehensive training programs to fully equip new associates for the responsibilities of the position
Desirable Experience
While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we value candidates with:
* Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of success
* Accounting and managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial experience, with a strong understanding of financial planning and customer care
* Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of people
Employment Type and Compensation
