Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Partner to join our Elective Speculations Center Office group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier client support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Partner, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering client inquiries and resolving issues related to complex financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide project work and training to the field on elective speculation products.
  • Offering support to internal and external clients on account management, tasks, documentation, and technical assistance.
  • Seeking guidance from supervisors and exercising judgment within defined boundaries while developing an understanding of connected arrangements, methods, or compliance requirements.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, providing support and guidance on client services.
  • Providing data to administrators and internal and external clients to resolve consultant issues.

Required Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer support, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience investigating and resolving client issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following capabilities would be highly desirable:

  • 6+ months of experience working within the speculation contact center and/or financial services.
  • Experience working in elective ventures, with a focus on complex financial products and services.
  • Ability to answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible, with a focus on meeting changing business needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
