Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from clients who have accrued reward points to purchase products
- Assist clients with tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments
- Help clients book travel using their accumulated points, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
Training and Onboarding
* Participate in comprehensive training sessions, both in-person and online, to develop your skills and knowledge
- Complete training modules on arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure your success in the role
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be listed on your resume)
- 6+ months of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

* 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th)
- 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (S, M, Tu, W, Th)
- 5:00AM-1:30PM AZ weekdays/ 6:00am-2:30pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa)
- 10:30AM-7:00PM AZ weekdays/ 8:30am-5:00pm weekends (Tu, W, Th, F, Sa)
