Key Responsibilities

As an experienced live chat customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to our users, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter with our Shopify apps
  • Maintaining a friendly and approachable tone in all interactions, ensuring that our users feel valued and supported
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, providing feedback on user experience and app performance
  • Managing multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features and arenaflex app updates

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • A strong understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Experience with live chat support, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and basic computer software, including Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work approximately 9 hours to 17 hours, UTC+8, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with Shopify apps or similar SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, and Messenger
  • Familiarity with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, or proofreading
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, ranging from $250 to $350 per month, depending on experience and performance
