Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for arenaflex products, including Apple devices and services
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
