Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives: Some customers may be unhappy with our products or services, and it'll be your job to help them find a solution. This may involve providing refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved: Once you've provided a solution to a customer's problem, you'll need to follow up to ensure that they're satisfied with the outcome.
- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers: Our products and services are constantly changing, and you'll need to stay up-to-date on the latest information to provide accurate answers to customers.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments: Some customer issues may be more urgent or complex than others. You'll need to identify these priority issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics: We have specific performance metrics that you'll need to meet on a daily and weekly basis. This may include metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
