Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Conducting thorough telephone screenings to understand customer needs and preferences
- Engaging in positive interactions with customers, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to consent to a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment with minimal distractions
- Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
- Laptop or desktop computer with 8GB of RAM, Windows 10/11 Home or Pro operating system, and Google Chrome installed
- USB headset with boom mic, webcam (built-in or external USB), and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting pay: $11.50 per hour with pay increases after 30 days and 6 months of employment
