The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a remote work option is available after meeting attendance and performance goals, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. Our 24/7, 365-day operation ensures that you'll be part of a dynamic team that's always on the move, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, providing a positive and reassuring experience for those searching for their missing pets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing fur-babies, providing empathetic and supportive communication
• Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Providing a positive experience for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
• Managing peak periods with ease, adapting to changing call volumes and priorities

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• If remote, a quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
• Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire, ensuring your safety and the safety of our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
