Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative – Loan Services, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications, providing accurate information, and assisting clients with questions about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures. You will also guide clients through the loan application process, address issues or concerns, and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with clients, address their inquiries, and resolve issues pertaining to our loan offerings and application processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound communications by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding our loan services.

  • Provide accurate information and assist clients with questions about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process by explaining required documentation and outlining subsequent steps.
  • Address issues or concerns clients may have regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately document all customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations to better assist clients.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex loan terms and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Efficient problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • A passionate, customer-centric approach dedicated to delivering excellent service.
  • Familiarity with loan products, such as home loans and personal loans, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
