Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative – Loan Services, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications, providing accurate information, and assisting clients with questions about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures. You will also guide clients through the loan application process, address issues or concerns, and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions.
