Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and pain points
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to type at least 40 WPM and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position, so you'll need to be self-motivated and disciplined)
  • The ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00am-7:30pm EDT

Training and Support

As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program is designed to be engaging, interactive, and supportive, with a focus on helping you develop the skills and confidence you need to excel in this position.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a second monitor, webcam, microphone, and external mouse & keyboard
  • Must be able to type at least 40 WPM and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
