What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A computer-savvy mindset and ability to navigate various software systems
The Equipment You'll Need
To perform your job duties, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
- A hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
