The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Specialist, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to potential clients, using your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, as well as participate in daily tasks and activities (30 minutes/day)
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a fully functioning desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
