Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
  • Using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Resolving complex customer issues virtually using various tools and resources
  • Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
  • Performing basic troubleshooting on both products and services
  • Working a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

What You Can Look Forward To

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.54 - $17.36 per hour, with additional compensation up to $3,000 when monthly sales goals and performance expectations are met

What We're Looking For

* Call center or customer service experience

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to navigate multiple tools and systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Work From Home Requirements

* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs)

  • Established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • AT&T will provide all necessary equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
  • Workspace must meet WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
  • Participation in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
