Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate records in our database
  • Maintain approved filing systems, including archiving and retrieval of Protest of Assignments
  • Perform mailings, including bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed
  • Copy, fax, and scan requested materials by deadline as directed
  • Prepare meeting materials, including preparing for elections, rallies, pickets, etc.
  • Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets for routine and special projects
  • Perform other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or data entry

  • Knowledge of database management and spreadsheet software
  • Experience with mailings and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
