We're seeking experienced remote customer service representatives to join our team of online panelists. As a remote customer service representative agent, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. With most of our paid focus group studies, you'll have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, making it easy to earn extra income from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
