Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining and updating existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Generating and distributing reports as required by management, using your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of all data processing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing, preferably in an educational or pension-related setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
