This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform.Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you will handle a variety of inquiries, including:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and update records consistently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools.
- The ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
