Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chats, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance. • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including product information, order status, and returns/exchanges
• Escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with strong written communication skills, excellent grammar and spelling, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:
