Job Type and Working Hours

This is a part-time remote position, requiring evening shifts from 4 PM to 10 PM EST. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working independently, but as part of a collaborative team that values open communication and mutual support.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately, using our customer support software
  • Providing product information and technical support as needed, using your expertise and knowledge
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support teams, ensuring that customers receive the support they need

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, through training and self-study
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions, to stay informed and up-to-date on company developments

Job Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a similar role

  • Ability to work evening shifts, from 4 PM to 10 PM EST

Basic Educational Requirements
