Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and responding to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. You will also ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.

  • Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve customer experience.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
