Grant Writer & Researcher for Women-Owned E-commerce Brand

Hi! I’m the founder of a growing e-commerce brand in the beauty and hair care space, and I’m looking for an experienced grant writer to support with finding and applying to grants for women-owned, for-profit small businesses. This is an ongoing role with the goal of submitting 2 to 4 grant applications per week.

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant grants (U.S.-based, women-owned, for-profit businesses) Prioritize grants with no application fees and strong fit Complete and submit applications on a weekly basis Customize responses as needed based on each grant’s requirements Track applications in a shared document including status, deadlines, and outcomes Important I will provide core business information and proposal Your role is to tailor, refine, and submit applications efficiently Must be able to work quickly while maintaining quality Ideal Candidate Proven experience writing and submitting successful grant applications Strong research skills and ability to find legitimate, high-quality opportunities Familiar with grants for women founders and small businesses Organized and detail-oriented Strong written communication skills Able to meet weekly submission targets Scope and Commitment Ongoing work Target is 2 to 4 applications per week Flexible hours but must meet deadlines To Apply Please include: Your experience with grant writing (especially for small businesses) Examples of grants you’ve applied to or helped win Your process for finding and qualifying grants Your availability per week Bonus for each winning grant Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands is a plus Closing Looking for someone reliable, efficient, and proactive who can help us stay consistent with grant opportunities as we grow.
