Key Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns
- Maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
Schedule and Flexibility

- Flexible work schedule options available to ensure you can balance work and personal life
- Majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that works best for you

Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect:
- Competitive hourly rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a remote customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care

- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. We'll not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
