Job Summary

As a Customer Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in translating data into actionable insights for our Enterprise customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, build rapport with customers and customer-facing teams, and present compelling stories to internal stakeholders and customers. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights and present findings in a compelling story to internal stakeholders and customers

  • Build and maintain rapport as a product and industry expert for customers and customer-facing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development, management, and maintenance of standardized reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present technical content to non-technical audiences, including customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

* Degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Proven ability to use data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks, preferably in digital advertising or ads monetization fields
  • 5+ years customer-facing experience, with the proven ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
  • Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
  • Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
  • Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Travel Required: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing

  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing role with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proficiency working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
  • Developed a deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for growth, and regularly presented findings to stakeholders
