Job Summary
As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with world-class service and support. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, including order status, billing issues, and product information, using a range of communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities
