Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our virtual support team as Customer Support Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through inbound phone and video calls, live chats, and email correspondence. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone and video calls, live chats, and email correspondence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with a focus on call center or phone support (preferred)
  • A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups
  • High-level professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, you'll need:

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent) or i7 processor
  • Internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network latency of 250 MS maximum
  • Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
