Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research solutions to ensure that every customer interaction is a success
  • Utilize customer service skills, technical abilities, and arenaflex resources to seek solutions to customer issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure that customer service standards are met

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Preferred Qualifications

* One or more years of customer service or sales experience

  • Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and other complex customer service scenarios
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
