Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing accurate and timely information about our services and products. You'll also be responsible for resolving client queries, adapting to changing situations, and working collaboratively with our teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client queries and provide thorough information about available services and products that meet their needs

  • Evaluate client requests and create referrals based on specific trip demands, ensuring realistic requirements that ensure a specialized client foundation
  • Take ownership of the client relationship and proactively communicate with clients to address concerns and adapt the interaction process to align with client needs
  • Collaborate with teams to instill client confidence and build loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with all product/service enhancements, unit updates, and improvements to needs, maximizing productivity and efficiency
  • Understand travel record criteria and utilize devices and information to ensure efficient and timely processing
  • Market best practices and quality assurance, observe plans and procedures, and support specifications of job to ensure conformity
  • Maintain client reports in proprietary databases, utilizing body functionality to ensure accurate submission of records that maximizes performance
  • Monitor work and keep updated client profile pages through quick submission of notes, support documents, and interactions
  • Provide client service and utilize sales procedures to maintain clients, educating consumers about added-value products that may benefit them
  • Master a busy, dynamic work environment, performing multiple duties and juggling units simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Two years' experience in a customer service or call center setting
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with clear written and spoken communication and a confirmed understanding of interaction procedures and designs
  • Strong business and opportunity management skills, with the ability to stick to deadlines and conform to changing circumstances
  • Ability to complication deal with, evaluate details, and administer knowledge and offer options
  • Self-starter with a need to present ownership and commitment to duty
  • Skills with pc software application, capacity for knowing new systems, and commitment to information integrity

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in premium retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate associations

  • Fluency in a second language
  • Ability to adjust to changing scenarios and prioritize work correctly
