Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications

- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
- A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups

- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
- Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

- Internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum
- Internet upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum
- Network latency of 250 MS maximum
- Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
- A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
