Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, handling a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include:

• Order and delivery of equipment
• Scheduling
• Pick-up
• Maintenance or changes in service
• Providing expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations
• Promoting health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey and offering resources and information to ensure they receive the best care
• Documenting interactions and keeping accurate records of customer communications for follow-up or reporting purposes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle each call with professionalism even in high-stress situations
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics
• Reliable internet connectivity (not a mobile hotspot)
• Experience operating in a similar remote capacity is preferred
