Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex cases, process prescriptions, and ensure timely delivery of medication. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve complex cases in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and effective resolution
- Process prescriptions, including scheduling new prescriptions and refilling existing ones
- Conduct outbound calls to resolve patient cases and ensure timely delivery of medication
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient information and prescription details
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex cases and ensure seamless communication
- Meet or exceed productivity standards, processing at least 11 tasks per hour as a core colleague
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or call center agent
- 1 year of experience in inbound calling, healthcare, insurance, or claims
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software
- Experience working in a specialty pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
