Job Summary
As a WFM Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our Workforce Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and maintain data relevant to workforce planning and optimization. The success of our operations hinges on precise data management, and we're looking for detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update employee data in the WFM system
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate reports to provide insights on workforce performance
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement
- Assist in scheduling and attendance tracking
- Respond to inquiries related to data and reporting
- Participate in training and development opportunities as required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
