What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your ultimate goal is to deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call.
While working to resolve issues, you'll also help drive sales on products and services that will keep them happy and connected.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communicator with a patient and solution-oriented mindset
- Self-disciplined and time-management expert with the ability to collaborate virtually
- Experienced customer service or sales professional with a track record of resolving complex issues

- Sales enthusiast with a passion for promoting and selling products and services
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience
- Willingness to work a schedule that is primarily evenings and weekends (and occasional holidays)
- Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Washington
- A private workspace free of distractions to set you up for success
Home Office Requirements
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from your home office with occasional in-person meetings and training.
