Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and updating our databases consistently. You'll work closely with colleagues and clients to gather essential information, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other data from employees, departments, and clients.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies.
  • Organizing and formatting data to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Creating and maintaining precise spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating information into our systems promptly.
  • Ensuring data backups are maintained securely.
  • Notifying relevant parties of encountered errors promptly.
  • Safely storing physical copies of data for easy retrieval.

Additional Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently.
  • Proficient typing skills.
