Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Care: Delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing Incoming Communications: Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Learning and Following Procedures: Familiarizing yourself with all customer service procedures and policies, and adhering to them in your daily work.
- Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Accurately recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes.
- Upselling and Scheduling Appointments: Identifying opportunities to upsell and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms, with a strong focus on active listening and clear, concise messaging.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
