Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from home, set your own schedule, and enjoy a scalable income opportunity.
What to Expect:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determine the customer's needs and provide recommendations for upgrades and add-on services
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Code sales accurately and completely
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Education and Qualifications:

- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset (Plantronics S12 or similar recommended)
- Pass a background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
- Meet the PC requirements (CPU speed, dual-core 2.8 GHz or better, Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better, etc.)
- Meet the Mac requirements (Ethernet port, Boot Camp, and a licensed version of Windows)
- Required accessories (USB headset with microphone, hard-wired telephone and headset)
- Required software (Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10)
- Required internet and phone service providers (hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection, hard-wired land line telephone service)
