Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract), you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional service, communication, and delivery. You'll work closely with internal subject matter experts, the Sales team, and clients to deliver campaign leads, resolve issues, and drive account growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success and drive long-term growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing expert guidance on arenaflex offerings and ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads, resolve client issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects
  • Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations to support client success
  • Accountable for post-sale account management, driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, communication, and onboarding

Key Qualifications

* Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience, preferably in a demand generation or lead generation environment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 30+ clients at once, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem resolution skills, with a proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to work logically to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues, recognizing circumstances that require escalation and seeking support when needed
  • Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, and other tools as required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, and other tools as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and effective communication
