Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your key priorities will include:

  • Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers with a smile and a friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a positive shopping experience.
  • Assisting with Merchandise Selection: Helping customers find the products they need, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Completing Transactions: Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, ensuring a seamless and efficient checkout process.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Well-Stocked Store: Assisting in maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment, ensuring customers can easily find what they need.
  • Unloading and Stocking Merchandise: Helping to unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently Stocking Shelves: Accurately stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Ensuring a Safe and Secure Shopping Environment: Remaining constantly aware of customer activity, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers.

Position Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You'll need to be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height. You'll also need to be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
