Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Effectively coordinating with various departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and customer satisfaction.
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
- Meeting or exceeding performance objectives through effective decision-making, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Coordinating with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance and reporting updates to leaders and staff regularly.
- Driving performance processes by identifying functional circumstances that may impact operations, tracking and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results.
- Working with staff to develop schedules that align with divisional hourly objectives.
- Performing managerial tasks daily, including scheduling, closing, daily work tasks, daily finance, and participation reports, monitoring staffing in all areas, and ensuring overtime is used appropriately.
- Ensuring proper management of work agreements or contracts, emphasizing minimal work questions.
- Performing other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, customer service).
- Proven experience in customer service, management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address performance and safety concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including word processing, document management, and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant collective bargaining agreements and their applications.
- Familiarity with business and management principles, including key performance indicators, resource allocation, and human resource management.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
