We're seeking experienced Data Entry Associates to join our team, working remotely from home. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling and organizing data, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
• Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
• Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional certification in Office Management is a plus

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
