The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat, phone, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions
  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative
  • Provide general inbound customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Conscientious and team-oriented, with a commitment to excellence
  • Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Clear background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
