Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engineer to join our team of technical experts. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions that meet their unique business needs. Your expertise in cloud computing, software engineering, and technical support will enable you to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled needs
- Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources
- Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
- Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
Skills and Competencies
* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software engineering, and technical support
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions
- Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native applications
