Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and active listening

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
