Job Summary
As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be on the front lines of our company, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our services. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
