Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and success through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

• Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from senior management to cross-functional teams
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less experienced staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to senior management and other stakeholders as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, finance, or economics

• 3+ years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in data analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; statistical analysis; clear data analysis
• Microsoft Office

• Alteryx
• Python/R
• Automation
• Financial Information
• Basic Accounting Information
• Proficient in data analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
