What to Expect:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance and medication coverage
• Taking inbound calls and addressing client inquiries to simplify their healthcare experience
• Receiving training to upskill and assist with various call types, ensuring you're equipped to handle a wide range of customer needs
• Adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and security

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
