Job Summary
As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. You'll work from home in El Paso, TX, and will be part of a supportive team atmosphere that's committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to contribute to a positive work environment and achieve our goals.
- Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by the donor and management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure their continued participation in our blood donation program.
Schedule and Work Environment
* Work from home in El Paso, TX
- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
- Work hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm (AZ time)
- Start date: October 21, 2024
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting
- Knowledge of blood donation processes and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain confidentiality
