Job Summary

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. You'll work from home in El Paso, TX, and will be part of a supportive team atmosphere that's committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.

• Collaborate with a supportive team to contribute to a positive work environment and achieve our goals.
• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
• Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by the donor and management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure their continued participation in our blood donation program.

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work from home in El Paso, TX

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Work hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm (AZ time)
• Start date: October 21, 2024

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting

• Knowledge of blood donation processes and procedures
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain confidentiality
