Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving member issues, and providing accurate information
- Troubleshooting member concerns and escalating issues to management as needed
- Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds and personalities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work part-time hours, with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours within the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CPR, first aid)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
