Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills to manage customer service tasks related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving claims and complaints effectively, and developing initiatives to educate and inform customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships and addressing claims and complaints fairly and effectively
  • Developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to proactively educate and inform customers
  • Creating improvement plans based on team efforts in purchase order collections
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines for decision-making
  • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in your discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of consumer laws and regulations related to customer service
  • Experience with sales and order entry processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
