Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to our customers via our website and social media channels. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access our systems (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
